According to Ms. Zoya Sharovskaya, Ukrainian commercial property expert, demand for commercial property located in the Deribasovskaya, Rishelievskaya, and Yekaterinenskaya streets, known as the “trading center” of Odessa, has grown significantly in the past months.

Ms. Sharovskaya said that the vast majority of buildings, which were “decorated” with “For Sale” or “For Rent” signs, have already found their buyers and tenants. Rent rates on commercial property in the downtown of Odessa range from $50 to $60 per square meter.
