On September 16th, Odessa Ukraine will host the 3rd national festival of poetry. It is held annually and is dedicated to the famous Russian poet, Alexander Pushkin.
The organizer of the festival is International Forum for Russian Poetry. Its head is Mr. Oleg Borushko.

The exhibition, “Fashion Mirror – 2010″ will be held in Odessa Sea Port.
On August 30th, a new project is being launched in Odessa, Ukraine. It is called the “Near Far East” and is dedicatd to the Far East and Japan in particular.
The exhibition features art works owned by A.V. Bleshunov and “Kandinsky” art center.

Tomorrow, on August 31st, Odessa will have one of the largest cruisers, Italian “Costa Mediterranea” dock to it.

The festival of automobile clubs called “Different cars – common rules” will be hosted by Odessa on September 12th.
It will be held on Kulikovo Field from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m..
The festival aims to promote safe driving as well as cooperation among Odessa drivers.
Approximately 100 cars are expected to participate in the festival.
On September 1st, Odessa, Ukraine will host the grand opening of a painting exhibition.
It is dedicated to the city’s anniversary and will feature numerous works created by pupils of Haifa’s schools. Haifa, Israel, is Odessa sister city.
The exhibition will be opened at 2 p.m. at 51, Pushkinskaya street.
If you are planning to visit Odessa, Ukraine on September 2nd, the day when the grand celebration of the city’s anniversary will be held, you should pay special attention to new public transport schedule.
Trolleys and trams will be available till 1 a.m., whereas buses will only be available till 12 a.m.
Certain routes will be changed due to the celebration’s program.
On August, 31st Odessa Municipal Art Gallery will host a paiting exhibition dedicated to the city’s 216th anniversary.
“Odessa’s Artists – to the Native City” exhibition will feature over 30 works created by Odessa painters in various genres.
The exhibition will be open for 1 month, till September, 31.
Odessa Council of Architecture will discuss the construction of the bar “At Sea” on the 14 station of the Big Fountain.

Special beaches for disabled people have been developed by Odessa government in the framework of the “Equality” program. They are situated on the 11 station of the Big Fountain, in the aqua park Luzanovka and on the Dolphin beach.
Special buses are available for those diabled people who wish to go to the Dolphin beach.
